To be acknowledged as the leader in providing the most accessible, effective and innovative 24-hour, crisis support and information referral service for every resident in the Region of Peel, including the Town of Caledon and surrounding areas.
Mission
Telecare Distress Centre is a non-profit, community-based organization that provides a caring and confidential telephone support service 24 hours, 7 days a week and is run by trained volunteers and staff to serve the diverse communities of the Region of Peel, including the Town of Caledon and surrounding areas.

Telecare Distress Centre respects the dignity, values and worth of each caller by providing a non-judgmental, caring and a supportive service. Founded on Christian principles and values, Telecare Distress Centre has evolved into a multi-faith service that welcomes and embraces the diversity of its volunteers and the community it serves.
