Telecare Distress Centre respects the privacy of all individuals. We will not rent or sell any personal information to other organizations or individuals.

We will only share information in the following limited circumstances:

• Consent has been obtained from the person or persons involved
• The organization is required by law to provide this information
• We have a good faith belief that access or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of our clients, volunteers, staff or the public.

In all circumstances the organization will attempt to contact the person or persons to obtain consent.
